EPCOT

EPCOT is another reason why people visit Walt Disney World. Besides Magic Kingdom where dreams come true, older kids and adults usually love EPCOT. EPCOT is not cute like Magic Kingdom though but it is full of educational rides and creative ideas. You can learn a lot from visiting EPCOT.

What does EPCOT stand for?

People usually call this park EPCOT but they may not know what it stands for. EPCOT stands for "Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow". The concept of EPCOT was inspired by Walt Disney's creative vision.

There are two areas in EPCOT:

1. Future World
2. World Showcase

Future World is at the front of EPCOT and you have to walk pass it to get to World Showcase where different countries are showcased. While you can walk to the countries, stops and stores there do not open until 11am or afterwards.
