Another great vacation destination is Disneyland in Anaheim California. Some people prefer Disneyland to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. There are many differences between Disneyland in California and Walt Disney World.

Where is Disneyland?

There are many Disneyland in the world. The main Disneyland is, of course, in Anaheim California. Disneyland is not actually in Los Angeles like many people think but is it located in Orange County, California. Orange County is a more affluent county next to the Los Angeles County in the sunshine state of California.

Other than the Disneyland in California where Walt Disney himself used to work and had an office there, there is also a Tokyo Disneyland, Disneyland in Paris, and Hong Kong Disneyland.

Are Disneyland the Same Everywhere?

No, each Disneyland has its own characteristic even though the overall theme is the same. Buildings in each Disneyland are a little different. For example, Mickey's House in Toon Town is different in each Disneyland location even though they are all Mickey's House. They are also different from the one in Walt Disney World. The layout of each Disneyland is set up differently. Characters make appearances in different ways. Stores within the theme park sell similar items but are not totally the same.
